I am writing to formally request an immediate review of my accounts 89009 and 88810.
Both accounts were closed/locked despite not reaching the maximum daily loss limit. After carefully reviewing my trading activity, I strongly believe there may have been a mistake or misunderstanding in how these accounts were handled.
I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the way these accounts were processed. I have followed the rules carefully and monitored my risk limits, yet both accounts were disabled before even reaching the allowed daily loss threshold. This situation feels unfair and lacks transparency.
I respectfully request your team to conduct a full and detailed review of both accounts, including all trading history, equity fluctuations, and daily loss calculations, to clarify exactly why these accounts were locked.
If this matter is not properly reviewed and resolved, I will have no choice but to publicly share my experience and provide feedback on your main platform regarding how my accounts were handled.
I sincerely hope your team can resolve this fairly and professionally. Please review both accounts again and provide a clear explanation as soon as possible.

They truly kept their promise of processing payouts within 1 hour after a withdrawal request.

For now I'm in phase 2 not funded yet, for now I gave 5 stars for the smooth challenge processes not because I got payout since I'm in phase 2 now. I will edit this rate once I got payout or not and give you my honest opinion. I'm still a bit hesitant with this propfirm but Let see what will happen if they are legit.

Manoj Solves Problems.
I purchased a new challenge and selected the wrong trading platform. I didn't notice until preparing for trading 2 days later. I contacted support and talked to Manoj, who very quickly was able to sort out the problem and get my assessment switched to the right platform.
