Very disappointed with the e-sim from Holafly. It was easy to purchase, but too expensive ($56 for 11 days) considering it did not give me full google services. I will not purchase from this company again.

So far I have had a great experience with Holafly Asia’s SIM card and I have to say that technical support has also been great. Thank you to Aya for helping me figure it out <3

My eSIM was ready to use the moment I arrived at my destination. I felt confident about having cellular signal at all times. It would be nice if prices were a bit lower.

The esim worked well with excellent reception throught out this visit and all of my visits in other countries. the insallation process was simple for most.

I was receiving an error when trying to install the eSIM and used the help chat. The fist help person was not able to find the problem and we were trying to refund the eSIM and I was going to start over with another purchase, but I didn't receive the refund email so they transferred me to the technical team. Ayobami was able to find the problem and we didn't need to proceed with the refund and they provided me with step by step directions to activate once I arrive in Peru. Great help from everyone!

Holafly was easy to purchase with the selected countries being USA,Canada & Mexico ( only required the first 2).
Easily setup and once landed the data come into effect. Worked throughout my trip with awesome reception through Alaska, Seattle, Vancouver, the Canadian Rockies (Banff, Canmore etc) only during long country drives do you lose reception but all providers do). Used the service for 25 days and was well priced.

My daughter attended a University in Sweden for 6 months and we took out a HOLAFLY month to month unlimited package. What an awesome experience! We
Weee in constant contact with my daughter over the duration of her stay and had no issues with Holafly’s connection or quality of service. HOLAFLY helped to keep me in touch with my baby which made the distance between us feel so much closer. I have travelled to numerous countries myself including China which is notoriously known for its firewall that keeps out any unwanted outside internet and data connections. I had no issues with connection when moving around China.
I believe HOLAFLY has the best eSIM out there according to my extensive real world experience.

To be honest, I've never had a problem with Holafly. It's easy to install, and it just delivers.
I would recommend this over other companies I've tried because of its ease of use and stability/speed.
My trip was to Iceland, and I had some data left. I was able to use it in Chicago, which was not part of the hired plan. That was pretty handy.
Yes, maybe it's cheaper to buy a SIM locally, but in my experiences with this, I ended up with a Dutch number that gave me all sorts of notifications I was unable to understand, and I had to ask a local for help to activate it.

I have had to contact support twice so far, and they have always been able to help me quickly—no matter what the issue was or what time.

I accidentally activated the eSIM BEFORE I left Australia and so it was only good for the country I was in! What a dope ! BUT holafly helped me immediately and rectified my problem. They were so understanding and kind to a little old lady who struggles with technology. It was very easy to activate in Japan , to use daily and to deactivate. Could not have survived without it in Japan.
