Both my mother and I ordered a pair of Hoka shoes from this website, but I decided on a different color, so I contacted them regarding changing my order. All I wanted to do was to change the color of my order and I never heard anything back from them so I emailed them again several more times over the last month only to hear nothing from them again. Neither my mother or I didn’t ever receive anything from them, no email, no shoes, only a receipt for our purchases. Do not order from them! I can assure you that you won’t receive anything at all from them. It’s really a shame because if they were legitimate, they could actually do quite well. I’ve found several reviewers who have had the same problem.
