No heat

it is 27 february and i live in peter sabroes gade . The moment the temperature outside hits 5-6 degrees you are cuting out the heating to a point where in my house it gets to 17-18 degrees . the heaters right now i measured them they are at 31 degrees celsius , we pay varme conto 1500 dkk every month so 18 thousand a year and even so we pay soem more recalculation every year . we have to use electrict heater 2 kvh to heat our house when hofor is making economy to give its ceos bonuses . is this normal ? we live in a 52 square meter apartment and if i make the calculation overall what we use on heating is around 26-28 thousand a year its almost as much as my whole rent (electric heater) . at this point i think i would be cheaper to heat my house in the winter with wood pellets of straight out wood .

Dear Stefan,
Thank you for contacting us.
District heating is supplied to the entire property under the same operating conditions, and we do not regulate the temperature individually for each apartment. If the radiator temperature feels too low, or if it is not possible to heat the apartment to a normal level, this is typically due to conditions within the property’s own heating system — for example radiator valves, circulation, or internal control settings.
Under normal circumstances, it should not be necessary to use supplementary electric heating if the system in the property is functioning correctly. We therefore recommend that you contact the caretaker or property administrator, who can have the heating system inspected and ensure that it is correctly set up and maintained.
If it later becomes necessary for us to cooperate with the property regarding the district heating supply, the caretaker or administrator is welcome to contact us.
Kind regards,
Kim

Thank you very much for reaching out and bringing this issue to our attention.
We truly value our neighbors and the good relationship we share, and we are sorry to hear that the logo’s lighting is disturbing your sleep at night.
We take your concern seriously and want you to know that, to be responsive, HOFOR has changed the lighting schedule for our sign so that it now switches off one hour earlier every evening.
The new operating hours are from 7 pm to 10 pm all week.
Your feedback means a lot to us, and we hope that this adjustment will help everyone enjoy a restful night.
We look forward to continuing our positive neighborly relationship and hope this solution is satisfactory for you.
