Watch out for extra change!!
Regarding the product: it is a great product so far, with really nice quality. However, I had some problems with the delivery, so I decided to add this review to make future customers aware. I paid $55 for the delivery of the sofa, and when I spoke with the store guy over the phone I told them that I live on the 3rd floor without an elevator and he said that wasn't a problem. When the delivery guys arrived they said that to deliver this to my house I need to pay $50 extra. Later I contacted the company to ask about this and they said that the $50 that I paid was a tip to the delivery guys and that it wasn't mandatory to pay, but they never said that when delivering. Just be aware that they will try to charge you extra!!

Wat een ontzettende vervelende ervaring. Wij werken echter al vele jaren met het betreffende transportbedrijf wat bij u geweest is en ook met deze chauffeurs. Een situatie als deze hebben wij eerder nog niet met dit transportbedrijf meegemaakt. Inmiddels zijn de chauffeurs ter verantwoording geroepen, echter beweren zij bij hoog en laag dat u ze volledig vrijwillig een 'tip' gegeven zou hebben. Ook begrijpen wij niet dat u ons niet even gebeld heeft op het moment van afleveren. De aflevering vond immers midden op de dag tijdes openingstijden van Hoekbankstellen.nl plaats en u had met ons afgesproken dat naar boven brengen bij de prijs in zat. De chauffeurs zijn inmiddels bereidt gevonden u de €50,- terug te geven.
