Very poor product and dishonest practice
I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Hocoos, and I cannot stress enough how disappointing this company has been. The website I created using their service turned out to be a major letdown. The graphics and layout are limited and look incredibly unprofessional, making it hard to believe that this is a commercial product.
While the product itself did not meet my expectations and felt quite subpar in quality the most alarming aspect of my experience with Hocoos was their cunning and deceptive practices regarding auto-renewals. They activated an auto-renewal without my consent, and to make matters worse, they never sent any notifications about the pending renewal. Despite my clear cancellation of the service, they still charged me, which feels downright dishonest.
I urge anyone considering Hocoos to think twice. Their products are lacking, their website creation tools are unprofessional, and their business practices are questionable at best. Do not trust them—there are far better options out there. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

unauthorized billing
I created my online store with hocoos, purchased a one month subscription, and went to try and connect my domain name that I had already purchased, as I was new to doing this so I asked the bit for help. Followed the instructions, but it didn't work so I asked the bot for more help, next thing I know they purchased a domain name with my credit card, and lied and said I chose the buy button. I may be new to connection a domain but I am not new to buying online. They lied. So then I went to go and delete my credit card information, had to go through a third party to do it. tried to dispute it but of course if they lied once they will forever lie. At this point the only thing for me to do is delete my information, and close my store... It may be easier with the AI that hocoos uses, but I would NOT recommend any1 using them at all. If they did this to me, there are others I'm sure.

Based on our records, you requested instructions for connecting your domain name, which our support team provided. Later, we noticed that a domain was purchased through your account. Since only you have access to your account, this action could not have been completed by us on your behalf. We assure you we are not being dishonest; the information we’ve shared reflects the records in our system.
Regarding your refund request, unfortunately, domain purchases are non-refundable. This policy was clearly stated before the purchase was made. To clarify, we do not profit from domain sales. We partner with Name.com to register domains, and their non-refundable policy applies to us as well.
We understand your intention might have been to connect an existing domain rather than purchase a new one. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration caused by this situation. As mentioned in our earlier email, we offered a resolution by providing one month of our subscription free of charge (equivalent to the domain cost) and assisting you with connecting your existing domain. However, we haven’t received a response to that email.
We truly regret that this experience has been frustrating for you. Please reach out to our support team at support@hocoos.com so we can work together to resolve this matter.

Hcoos totally awesome!
Hey gorgeous people, if you want an easy to use AI website builder that is really intuitive, offers; great easy to follow video tutorials, has fantastic and responsive email support and chat team then choose Hcoos. After having a nightmare experience with hostinger who promised much but did not deliver. Hcoos is the absolute opposite. I managed to get my website up and running after the 8 question set up. And since then have just been learning more about the various features through YouTube tutorials so I could tweak to suit my design preferences. I found this great channel of theirs which I quickly subscribed to and it has been so helpful. Search for Hcoos AI on YT. Trust me if you want an easy to follow and flow with AI website builder, go with Hcoos. You won’t be disappointed. It’s definitely 10/10. 👍🏾

I absolutely love this program. Once I got the hang of it (absolute newbie to web design) it has not been easy but I'm learning. Their customer service are very helpful, they walk me through any problems I have and fix the problems immediately if it is out if my control. I would highly recommend them.
