One of the first hobby supply shops I check.

One of the first hobby supply shops I go to when I need something. They are also excellent with marketing and offer regular discounts to their email list members as well. They don't always have everything I want (looking at you AK 3rd gen paints) but they have almost everything!

I have bought a few things from hobbie co and I can’t fault theirservie and their quality of products and I have had the privilege to be able to phone and was given the time with my learning questions top place to deal with

Excellent Customer Service

The staff was amazing. We had a puzzling issue and they went above and beyond to try and solve it. They couldn't find the exact solution, but they did put us on the right path.

Great products and customer service

Great customer service with swift response to enquiries, perfect order fulfilment with good stock considering it was for a lot of different paints, well priced, very well packaged and fast delivery.

But for me the most fascinating situation was when we were in Sydney having travelled from Queensland was to have my purchase acknowledged, even though I didn't seek any special service at QVB.

Very helpful

Although I had a tricky enquiry and also needed to credit and repurchase, the staff was very helpful to me on busy day. Keep up the energy. You are way better than buying online.
