I ordered urgently needed items based on the information provided on the web page which said the delivery takes 3-5 days. After seven days I contacted them to ask what is happening with the delivery and explained the situation. They didn't even offer a simple apology for the delay. The delivery eventually arrived eleven days after the order and by that time I was out of town and wasn't there to pick it up and also had had to get a similar product elsewhere since I couldn't wait that long. However, I was still being charged the full amount by Klarna and asked them to cancel the bill. They wouldn't, instead they eventually offered to reduce the price by 70%. I don't see why I should pay anything for a product I never received for reasons that are on their responsibility, but I ended up paying it since I've already used way too much time on this and done with dealing with this BS. But based on this experience I really don't recommend ordering from this company.
