The packaging was excellent; the figure box was completely undamaged and without a single scratch on the box.

I paid for express shipping and it only took one day to receive the item, which is quite fast for an in-stock product.

Pre-ordered a figure from them, received it promptly after their stock had arrived (within Canada shipping). Then ordered some more, coming later this year :)

As a first-time customer, I was thrilled to find a figure I’d been searching for for a long time at such a great price. I even qualified for free shipping to Canada, which was a nice bonus.

The item was packed extremely well, and the shipping was impressively fast. I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be purchasing from them again! 😊

I bought a figure from them and it arrived a day earlier than expected. price was meh, but it was also the cheapest I could find for that figure on trusted sites. shipping wasn't too expensive either, and the figure was packaged very securely. customer service was accommodating and kind (if a little slow to respond at first) even when I wasn't communicating very well. they offered the option to prepay duties once I asked for it to be shipped, which I gladly took. overall, I do recommend hobby bee! the only gripe I have is the limited selection of figures from anime I like, but if I find something I want on there I will be ordering from them again.

Hobby Bee has great customer service. Response to questions were quick and prices are fair. Package was shipped out fast from the time I placed my order. Care was taken when packing my items. Highly recommend this place.

I preorder Freeny’s Hidden Dissectibles One Piece wave 4 in Sep 2022, and it was listed for Jan 2023 release, and when I didn’t get any notification of a delivery on the release they told me there was a delay with their supplier and it could take 2 to 3 months to get it in. Which I was disappointed but I understood and just wanted to make sure that I would be getting it. Fast forward to April 27 2023 I asked for an update and it took them forever to reply and they that they are still waiting on their supplier and have no ETA, which I pushed them to ask their supplier to provide an actual ETA and they then told me it was because their supplier sent it to the wrong location and were in the process of rerouting the delivery. On May 24 2023 I asked for an update and got a response a week later stating that they are no expecting it end of June 2023. Finally July 10th 2023 I received my order, and to my disappointment the box looked resealed, (having ordered directly from mighty jaxx in the past I know how the packaging of this product looks like) so I opened the case and to my dismay I noticed the person that reseated it had left behind a small sticker Weevil on it, which they must have been using to separate the boxes that did not contain Boa Hancock, I further realized these were resealed when I noticed the little cards included with the figures were not in that silver sealed package that Mighty Jaxx puts them in, and the bases also were in mini ziploc baggies instead of the non-reusable plastic they are supposed to be. I am very disappointed this is the second time I ordered blind boxes from them and I wasn’t educated enough on the packaging when I got my first order to know but now I will never be purchasing blind boxes from them ever again. Very disappointed would never recommend to anyone, you basically have no chance to pull any chase figures, next time I will just buy from MightyJaxx directly, this is why people don’t end up supporting Canadian companies because of companies like this with shady practices. I wish I could upload the pic of the little sticker they left behind so people could see the evidence of their tampering.

I have been trying to inquire about multiple orders I've placed with them since September and I've not gotten a response. I've sent numerous emails, and still nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Update - December 23rd, they have responded finally.
