Easy care classic 50% off (€3,45). Clicked on the image and the same wool was 29% off. Easy care 50% off (€3,45). Clicked on the image. Price was €4,89. Ok. So I went to the easy care big that was actually on sale for 50% off. But again €4,89 instead of €3,45. I found this out at 21pm. When I already had 12 classic in my basket. So I had to look up the pattern I wanted to make and choose new wool. Later that evening I saw that the easy care classic in my basket was €41,40 (instead of €82,80)?! And my total for 53 items was €150,37. Perfect. Went to pay. And suddenly there was €1,50 extra. Why? I didn’t add anything. Same number of items. Different price. And WHILE I was wondering where the almost extra €2 came from the price of the easy care went up and instead of a 50% discount there was 29% discount. What the …?! This just feels dishonest and ‘scammy’.

Delayed shipping and no contact option
Two weeks ago I placed an order for material that was listed as available. Payment was done with PayPal immediately. There are always the same excuses; sorry we are busy because we received a lot of orders.

The wool is always right and good quality. The order is send in a couple of hours with a notification. DHL is not always the best to deliver that is my only minus.

There was a mistake with my order but I was able to contact them and explain the mistake. They then handled it efficiently, correctly and with a minimum of hassle.

Malaga replacement...almost
I was looking for a replacement yarn for Malaga. This is something similar, but it would have been nice to have some advice on the site to help me. This is an okay replacement, but not a perfect weight. It works up slightly heavier than Malaga.

Overall good experience, delivery time was my issue
Selecting the products on the website and ordering was a smooth process, the reason why I’m giving a 3 star rating is due to the delivery time. It was more than 5 working days and they delivery company re-scheduled the delivery after announcing it, which is quite annoying since I was waiting for the material to continue my project.
