We are sorry to hear that you had this experience with us.
Even with today's state of the art techniques, knots in the yarn cannot be entirely avoided and a certain number of knots must be tolerated. Up to three knots in a 1.75 oz/50 g yarn ball lie within the tolerance specifications and are industry standards.
If you encounter more knots than this please contact us again with more pictures and we will happily find a solution for you.
