I went on to buy dates coated with…

I went on to buy dates coated with chocolate at HNAK near gate number A35 (Jeddah airport) before boarding flight as a gift for my friends, the lady serving was so rude, I was asking what’s the offer, she was like read it there, when there was no information, then when I bought stuff, she started bagging them without giving information, I asked her to stop bagging as I need to buy more stuff, she got annoyed then came other customer and she started mumbling under her breathe, I did tell her that she is being rude to which she shrugged her shoulders, if HNAK wants good customers please have well trained polite staff, ( I visited the HNAK shop on 29/12 at 9:30 am Saudi time) lady serving was in burqa with just eyes being visible. Do let me know if HNAK needs more info, I have been to the HNAK stores frequently and never came across anything like that before, horrible experience.

Terminal 1

Terminal 1, Jeddah Airport Hnak. I would give ZERO stars, worst customer service, racist and rude. East Asian employee with specs on, demands customers ask for permission before they touch anything, i just picked up perfume tester as i walked in and he said its only for buying customers, we need permission to enter shop or see, touch anything. He clicked with his fingers at Children, escorted them out, he clicked at adult customers and pointed go out. I spoke english but he is even more rude to non english customers. Stated it his shop and he has a right to expect permission.
