An Army soldiers/cadets/reservists and outdoors enthusiasts UK supply company with stores and online website. I found them by chance Google. I'd not found them before then. They had a load of interesting accessories there offered for sale on their website. I was very happy to see. It is a good website overall I thought.
However, although I rang and spoke to them prior to my order, their communication was sadly rather lacking re my actual order I put in online after having phoned them. Especially as seemingly when they were picking the order later on they obviously found out they couldn't fully fulfill it. As I assume their website stock count was out on some items. I was happy with some bits I received however in old style UK DPM. Could have done with better communication to me regards substituting other items for those I had ordered. Where what I wanted wasn't available. I'd sought the offered US MULTICAM camo pattern specifically. One of my most favourite camo pattens. Turns out they didn't actually have any in stock sadly. Despite the website allowing me to order it from them. Very disappointing and a bit disheartening, when seeing that. I'd really looked forwards to MULTICAM US camo After a few days unwell with a flu, to find out what I really wanted wasn't there in my parcel that arrived. One item too had to be refunded. And one item is still outstanding. I've advised them of this by email. As I ordered 19 items. 17 were sent me, one refunded. Leaving one item unaccounted for. Not yet sent out to me.
If you like DPM camo accessories for outdoors use they're definitely the best folks to go to that I've found. Would have liked to give them higher stars score here really. But for the encountered order problems.
