I feel like the wait time is really long.

Love this app. Use it all the time because it's so convenient.

I liked the convenience of being able to see a doctor or without leaving the house, especially when I was not feeling well and was potentially contagious, but I did not care for the doctor’s bedside manner. She seemed unconcerned and did not really probe me on symptoms or invite further discussion. She just said I didn’t look sick enough to have the flu and told me to get a thermometer and monitor my fever.

I appreciate the convenience and cost savings to do an online consultation. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars, is I have experienced twice where I tried to connect with a doctor, but it never went through. I was put on hold for an hour, and never was contacted even though there were zero patients waiting.

I caught the flu while traveling and used HMSA Online Care. It was incredible. Within minutes the website found me, found the nearest pharmacy, gave me a list of doctors to choose from. In a 5 minute conversation the doctor evaluated me and electronically send prescriptions to the pharmacy. I didn’t have to get out of bed, find an ER or Urgent Care. Just saved me! Should have started this years ago!

Using this service is wonderful!!! I am able to use my time more efficiently! Using this app is very simple and very convenient! Love it! Thank you so much!

You've improved a lot over the last few months. Thanks for making things work more quickly and more accurately. You could still streamline this process more, but it is now working, and that's the most important thing.

it is a good option when problems arise and i can't make it to see my provider in office.

i love this tool! the app is great and keeps me sane being able to see a medical professional at any time from my home or on the go.
my 12 year old can be home and I at work and I invite her into the appointment so she can be seen get her meds and off to practice she goes....without missing a beat!

Quick, easy, saved me a lot of time, something new and convenient.

It was convenient, the providers appeared to have biases. They wanted me to succeed, but always sided with others supporting them. Until they realized what was happening. The professionals in the sessions, advised me to continue with my educational goals. Several times this has happened in my life, apparently there is nothing that can be done after someone dies. Many people advised me to forgive, because it would free me from the bondage of self. If you ask me, many things could have been avoided, with better communication. The bottom line is, I cannot change people, places or things or situations. In this day and age people can be violent and dangerous. I stopped therapy, I need to focus on today and deal with what is in front of me. The agency and professionals cannot control the weather or political changes. Hopefully I will be able to focus on the beauty of life again. I trust that God will take care of the rest.

I love that I can see my therapist via HMSA online care. Since I started my new job, my schedule hasn't allowed for me to see my therapist in person. Now with online care, I can still take time to devote to my mental and spiritual well-being.

Good choice of doctors, helpful online care for non-emergencies. Happy with new coverage 70/30 plan and cost.

HMSA online care has been some of the best care I’ve ever had, if not the absolute best. Wonderful service!

From the moment I learned about this service, to the time I was talking to the doctor, was a half hour. This included downloading the app and talking to tech support twice. I loved that the doctor had access to all my files and could see my medical history. She was very patient and kind. She did prescribe medication but she also warned me that it might not work and that I might have to go to see a doctor to get a culture. That's what ended up happening, but I can't fault the system for that. I highly recommend this service and will use it again.
