My experience with them revealed a consistent and disappointing pattern of attempting to maximize their profits at the tenant's expense, and I want to save others from the same frustration.
The first issue arose with the reservation fee. I was explicitly promised a refund upon signing my contract. Yet, after moving in and waiting a full month, the fee was still not returned. It took numerous follow-up calls and emails—a significant effort on my part—to finally get them to return money that was rightfully mine from the start. This was a completely unnecessary and stressful process that set the tone for my entire tenancy.
Another incident was equally baffling. After six months, I decided to move to a new apartment. I was meticulous in preparing the room, even conducting a deep clean to ensure there would be no reason for a deposit deduction. I took photos to document the pristine condition. Despite my efforts and clear evidence, they still chose to deduct a staggering £140 from my deposit. There was no valid justification for this charge, and it felt like a blatant attempt to unfairly keep a portion of my money.
They are unprofessional - they will try to find any excuse to withhold your money. Just sharing my honest review to this company.
