The first time I wore it the hour hand fell off.

The watch is exactly as advertised, had an unfortunate issue with the last one but customer service wasted no time to send me a replacement!

Ordered 2 watches on 1st of September 2025 (Order #22635). By 8th of the same month, I received an email saying that my package was sent back to the seller. Communicated with them regarding this issue, and they said my address was wrong "somehow" (the address that I have been shipping to for years with no issue).
On 16th of September, they said the watches are shipped again.
Today is 5th of October, the last update on the shipping site is "Delivered to local carrier", which was on 20th of September. I haven't received anything, and despite the numerous email, I'm not getting any reply.
Scam company. Avoid at all costs.

Got delivery of my watch, looks so exquisite and satisfied with the product.
I would highly recommend to anyone.

I was skeptical that I wouldn’t receive my watch after some of the reviews but it came and it looks amazing, I would give 5 stars but I can’t for the simple reason that it’s somehow impossible for my watch to actually tell the right time. I tested it by trying to set it to 12 o’clock and the small hand never matches up with the big hand. Other than that I am very happy with my watch

Watch was incredible to look at in person! The weight is no joke and it looks exactly like the photos. If you’re debating, I promise you, just do it! My boyfriend loves it so much

Im a car guy. I have a 2013 Hemi Orange Challenger SRT8. Got it new and have 104k miles.
I got this watch cause it has the spinning wheel face and shows the Orange brake caliper showing, with an Orange wrist strap. I love it.

I was trying to return a watch that my grandson wanted for his birthday. I have contacted them numerous times and have not received any any response back I am very frustrated. I did not even notice something. This item was coming from out of the country and it took too long it was way beyond his birthday. This watch is just too big for him and I need this refund in order to buy him another gift that I owe him for his birthday. Obviously, this company is should not be rated well because their customer service is terrible!!!!

So I'll be totally honest. Unfortunately my watch had a small problem not long after receiving it. I thought living in a small country at the bottom of the world all hope would be lost in getting it sorted. Happily, I was proven wrong and a quick email was all it took to be resolved. I would definitely recommend HMN to anybody looking for a quality product with great back up.

I order it for a present. Actually it came in good conditions. It was not broken. It came in a beautiful box with is internatial card. The colors where good and is still working after months of use. Also is waterproof from what I saw. I recommend them a lot. I recommend to take care of the watch as for me is for elegant or official places but that's my view.

I love the watch and everyone who sees it loves it.
The only problem is it doesn't keep good time, possibly loses 5 mins per day but if you know that, you can compensate!!!

Good the watch came at time but it’s has problems with the battery it’s always losing the Correct time.
