I visited HMB Salon today
Staff member was Shy, she was extremely friendly, helpful and informative as I wasn’t sure of the best lashes for me would be.
Shy went through the different lashes that she thought might be suitable for me. The application was excellent, she kept me calm throughout my appointment.
I will definitely return for more lashes & other treatments, and would most definitely recommend this salon and Shy to my friends and family

Great 2 hour spa experience with Noreen - had the hot stones massage and facial and it's incredibly relaxing and good value... floated out of the salon and body feels great. Already booked my next one :-)

Bella did my Lashes. What a fabulous look afterwards she took care and attention to my required details.

I had an appointment on Saturday 29 Nov 2025 to do me brows. I was running very late and by that I mean more than an hour late. This was my first appointment.

Shy called me back after I'd tried to call several times. Apologised that they were busy and no one could come to the phone, but encouraged me to go to the Salon and she would speak with Noreen who I was booked with to wait abit longer. NOREEN waited.

I arrived and met a lovely lady at the front desk. Noreen met me and calmed me down. She gave me time to fill in the form, numbed my brows.

When I thought she was going to rush me over, she did not. She treated me as though I was on time. Mapped my brows several times. Gave me advice on colours to choose and also noticed a difference in my brows.

She took her time to do Microblading instead of ombre which makes my brows look natural and penciled in.

I'm so grateful to Shy and Noreen for making my first experience the best. I left happy. I'm getting lots of beautiful compliments because my face looks new and I look younger😁😁😁

First time using Hmb and had a great experience. I didn’t book but they managed to book me in. And very happy with my eyelashes.

I had a really lovely massage at this saloon. I was made very welcome & the girl was lovely made me feel very relaxed & catered to all my needs. The massage was perfect & I will definately be going again. Thank you!

Very disappointing experience. The provider seems to lack basic logic in how to book dates – they kept offering appointments I never agreed to and ignored my availability. This back-and-forth has gone on endlessly, and I’m now stuck going round in circles trying to obtain a refund.

I have repeatedly told them to un-redeem the voucher (which is possible via their Merchant app) so I can fairly resolve this, but they continue to avoid doing so. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they redeemed my voucher without me ever attending a treatment.

This has been stressful, time-wasting, and has completely destroyed my confidence in their service. I would not recommend booking with this provider at all.

I had microblading on my brows with Shy. Shy is very experienced, listens to what you want and takes great care when doing her work. I was very pleased with my results and would recommend.

I've been having IPL done on some small thread veins in my legs which have faded so much now, Shy is very friendly and knowledgeable putting you at ease straight away. When the veins never went due to a mix up Shy has given me some free sessions until they do.
I will definitely come back for more treatment's and would 100% recommend this salon
