This company is a joke
This company is a joke. We called and made an appointment with this company to clean and service our gas fireplace. The guy on the phone gave us an appointment for 4 weeks out. When our service day came they never showed up. I called them and the woman took my name and phone number and tried to find out why nobody came and then she told me there was no record of us calling to schedule an appointment. We were livid.

Service - Great, Comfort Advisor aka Sales NOT
First, HL Bowman Service - actual service - was great on previous occasions: service fire place and inspection of AC and Furnace.
My challenge was with how the "Comfort Advisor" responded to my decision to seek a 2nd opinion on replacing a unit. The Comfort Advisor, in my opinion, began using "scare" tactics to discourage a 2nd opinion. A few points:
1. HL Bowman Comfort Advisor refused to accept my decision to obtain a 2nd Opinion/Assessment of Service Needed.
2. HL Bowman Comfort Advisor accused me of "being angry" with him.
3. HL Bowman questioned my "morality" and "business decision-making abilities".
At this point, given the aforementioned bullets, I will no longer patronize HL Bowman for any future services, nor would I recommend.
