Ive made an order with them april 2, and today is april 22, stil nothing has been shipped or any foto of my order….
Poor customer service

I order about $500 worth of peptides and got them after about 3-4 weeks. Once I saw they did deliver my peptides, I placed a way bigger order worth a few grand. I’ve been waiting for months now and Mary has the same excuse over and over again saying she keeps pressing the warehouse and sending me different tracking numbers. 2 of them said my shipment was coming out of the US.

They are scamers , order was stopped at customs they don’t reply for months now, don’t order the product will never arrive safe .

I strongly recommend staying away from hkpep.cc.

I have been dealing with Steven and Fiona for five months. I paid a significant amount of money and never received any product.

They kept giving excuses instead of real updates. They lied about shipments and never provided a clear timeline. At one point, they gave me a tracking number that never updated for months. Later, they claimed customs seized the goods, with no proof and no resolution.

Communication was inconsistent and unreliable. Every message led to another delay or excuse.

This has been a complete waste of time and money. Avoid them if you don’t want the same experience.

Order in January 2026, middle of April now and still no products, just excuses. Now they have more people showing up on Tik Tok with same price lists, guess what, you're not going to get products, SCAM!

Placed an order 24/02/2026. Tracked the package right back to the factory. Some how it got returned to the factory. It never even left China. Very poor communication. Very frustrating. 700USD gone

Do not buy from this company. Paid and goods never sent. Excuses initially… now claiming they sent the money backs with no proof

I’m thankful for Cathy who is responsive and assuring. The delivery took longer than Normal because of Chinese new year festive season. I receive the goods. The management for delivery could be better. I will purchase from HKPEP again. Trust worthy.

I’ve ordered from this company before and they’ve messed up, but they’ve always fixed it, not this time around though. I verified and confirmed the proper address multiple times with them and they still sent it to the wrong address. Mistakes happen, but then they proceeded to ghost me and now well over 300 dollars has been lost. The company can not be trusted sadly

Cassie is amazing, she’s really knowledgeable about the peptides willing to answer any question that you have. She responds really quickly and shipping is quick as well. Please don’t hesitate. She’s great.

Nancy was so helpful in walking me through the ordering process and I got my products quickly. The best part is that they actually worked! I’m a very active person, but recently had surgery for a ruptured tricep tendon that I initially was told would require physical therapy. During my first PT evaluation a few weeks after the surgery, I already had almost full mobility with no pain.

Excellent experience overall. The pricing was very fair and the customer service was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and professional. I couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend this company.
