I would not recommend this company. It took them three days just to respond to me about my order, and getting a hold of anyone was extremely difficult. When I finally spoke to the gentleman today — twice — the very first thing he brought up was the promo code I used. He said he would honor the sale but would be disabling that feature going forward. Then he called me back to say that the specific pants I ordered weren’t available and that this was why they hadn’t shipped. If something is unavailable, you would expect an email notification. Instead, he then tried to switch me to a different pair. The timing felt questionable, and the whole interaction came across as unreliable and not transparent.
