We have been using HK97 for few years and we go most weeks for a treat for my family. We got our order and my chicken satay had a long black hair wrapped around it. I rang up to be told to drive it down (we had it delivered) to show them I hadnt eaten it to receive a refund. The customer service is beyond poor and the food and cleanliness has gone down hill. Needless to say we will never return
