Poor overall but customer service team worked hard to resolve issue

Delivery arrived 3 weeks late after multiple mixups by Hjemtek. The product eventually arrived and is a lower quality than expected.

Their customer service team worked hard to rectify the issue which is a big plus but overall, very late delivery and substandard product results in a poor review
