Endless delivery time, received a wrong and damaged product, asked for a refund and never heard back from them

Totaly disapponted. They sell items, which even dont have. I order playhouse for kid, but received sport inventory. They tell me, that in 1 month will have my order, but nothing, was asking to wait one more month, but i didnt agree. Hope i will have full refund 😬

The delivery of the sliding shower door I purchased is stated as 5-10 days and it has not arrived. I have sent e-mails to the company many times and they say they are waiting for news from the cargo company. But there is no one to contact. I will complain to the Danish and Swedish police and initiate proceedings through a lawyer. I will also present all the victims here as witnesses.

Wrong product delivered and poor customer service.
I ordered a set of doors for my living room. The delivery was longer than promised, and when it finally arrived the doors was 10 cm shorter than the ones i ordered. When i contacted the costumer service about this (their phones are only open for 1 hour and 45 minutes each day), they answer in a rude tone, and even though I sent pictures of the doors missing length, then I still fear that they will not let me return them and get my money back. All in all: Don't ever buy anything from these guys.

Very very bad experience. I ordered a glass door on 08-10-2021, and I still haven’t received it until 22-02-2022😡 No service, no answer, nothing. Never touch this terrible company,

Bought an electric moped from Hjemfint.dk, which in itself arrived without issue.
It did however arrive with outdated paperwork so it could not be registered to ride in Denmark. I've tried contacting customer service many times by mail and call and encountered either people that don't speak English, or people that do but can't give me any information.
I've now been waiting almost 2 months without response regarding getting either correct documentation or returning the product. The one response I did get was to be sent a document that was even more out of date than the one that arrived with the vehicle.

Still unable to use the moped and getting no response about returning the product, I'm fairly sure this borderlines on illegal conduct.

Never sent my order but charged me, I’ve had to write several times for more than a month to get a response - still waiting for my refund …. Steer clear of this company
