I've only been with Hivelocity for about two years, but after over a decade with my previous provider I can say that without a doubt they're orders of magnitude better in every way. From competitive pricing, to fast response time, to uptime that's second to none (I'm looking at you AWS), I hope to make this my permanent bare metal home.

After 7 years working with Hivelocity I can say that they are great hosting. Whenever I needed they quite helped me.

I have used Hivelocity for almost five years and had an excellent experience with them. Great support, reliable service and hardware for a fair price. My favorite thing about Hivelocity is their transparency - they are not afraid to show you who they are, where they work, or what your servers actually look like. This kind of openness is virtually unheard of in the hosting industry and gives me a lot more confidence in working with them.

Top notch Customer Service. Stellar bandwidth performance. Active social media. In the rare event that there is a network issue (saw one over two years), these guys and gals are quick to keep you updated as to what's going on and what's to be expected.

We are a small company without a lot of in-house Windows server experience, but enough technical staff to give setting up our own server a go. We have a mission-critical application which needs the sort of bare metal servers Hivelocity offers (AWS virtual servers don't cut it - let alone their support being somewhat less than optimal). We had some learning curve issues early on, but Hivelocity support was always there for us with quick responses. Barely a couple minutes would go by between my opening a support ticket and getting a response from a real person who handled the case through to solution. Their servers are robust and very high-end. Our learning curve involved performance issues caused by the default Windows server configuration which dramatically slows disk performance when the RDP role is enabled (turning off "TSFairShare" in the Windows registry solved this). At first we thought the server hardware was slow, but Hivelocity support gently helped us understand it was a Windows issue. They also patiently helped us create a basic firewall configuration we needed using their Juniper hardware firewall. Our Hivelocity server is now standing tall and ready for deployment in the coming weeks. I highly recommend Hivelocity.

I can't ask for more. I'm a small e-commerce website provider with only about 15 to 20 customers. Some of them are pretty large doing millions in sales per year. I run asp, asp.net, mySQL database with a Plesk panel for all of my clients and Hivelocity seems to be the perfect match for me. Keep up the good work.
