In Jan 2021 I ordered 2 dresses from Hitsunny. They said in stock but it took 3 weeks to get a shipment notification on one of the dresses. The other dress still hasn't shipped. It is now 4/27/21. I have emailed their customer support at least 6 times asking what is the status, either ship the dress or refund my money. I NEVER get a response. And the only way to contact them is the email provided on their site that doesn't work.

Bad quality is totally diferent at the picture

Ordered a few products and got only two.
It's a scam!
they don't ship and when you try to follow up they either ignore you or give you a false tracking number.
Lost my money!

Be cautious with Hitsunny. A very unreliable site. Ordered on 8 Aug 2020 and received delivery confirmation on 13 Aug 2020 but I still do not receive my purchase until 19 Sep 2020. I contacted their customer service 3 times. It took them 8 days to respond and what's worse is no more response after I sent another e-mail to enquire on the status of my order. The worst of all is that they told me that the parcel could not be tracked online and asked me to be patient. Gosh.... my first and last purchase with Hitsunny. They don't even deserve a single star and it should be negative 5 stars to them.
Think again before you purchase from such unreliable website. Not to mention if you want to return or refund.
