Anybody know how to contact these scammers please?
I purchased a rail ticket for £3 and a kettle for £3 online. I didn’t really know who was behind it but it was one of this game things where boxes open and if you choose a good box you can claim the offer. But there was no prize either time and then they took £24.99 from my bank account. I contacted them and they said they would cancel my subscription!!!! They said it was valid until March 14 th but when I asked about my prizes they said I wouldn’t be getting anything. Total scum of the earth, how do they get away with it.
I have been charged £24.99 for the last two months for a subscription to this company that I hadn't even heard from
Can someone give me details of how to contact them because I can't even find them on the internet

Noticed they took an extra payment out 3 days later for £24 . Looked up email . Clicked on it . 24hr chat so I asked why they'd took more money out to be told because I didn't cancel my subscription. I asked what then I looked into it . I'd never subscribed for anything. They were happy to cancel but no refund . Insisted I subscribed . It was basically a toy I thought I was buying
