Increased Sleep Quality
I have been using HiStrips for the past couple of weeks and my sleep quality has drastically improved. Also my fiancee has even noticed my snoring is minimal to non-existent. I use the nose strips all day even when I am just working at my desk and my breathing is MUCH better!

Incredible Quality
This stuff really does work! I thought the moth tape and nose strips stuff was a gimmick but my sleep, recovery, and workouts have never been better.
The quality is fantastic and the strips + mouth tape ALWAYS stay on which is rare for these products. Loved it for my marathon prep and I will be using more.

Histrips nasal strips improved my breathing, which in turn improved my workouts, sleep, and overall well being. The alarm is amazing as-well too. I couldn’t even feel it when I went to bed and I woke up calm and without the need to grab my phone. Couldn’t recommend more!

I honestly didn’t expect something this simple to make such a noticeable difference, but Histrips nose tape has been a game changer for me. The first night I used it, I could actually feel how much easier it was to breathe through my nose, especially when laying down. I usually wake up feeling congested or like I wasn’t getting great airflow, and this completely changed that.
It stays in place all night without feeling uncomfortable, and it doesn’t irritate my skin when I take it off (which I was worried about). I’ve also noticed I wake up feeling more rested, like I’m actually getting deeper sleep.
Super easy to use, effective, and definitely something I’ll keep in my routine. If you struggle with breathing at night or even during workouts, it’s 100% worth trying.

I’ve been loving these nose strips way more than I expected. I originally started using them just to help me breathe better while I sleep, and they made such a difference—like actually waking up feeling more rested instead of congested.
But now they’ve become part of my routine outside of sleep too. I’ve even worn them to the gym on days when my allergies are acting up and I feel like I can’t breathe, and they stayed on the entire workout without lifting or slipping.
They’re comfortable, effective, and honestly just make everything feel easier when it comes to breathing. Definitely a staple for me now!
