Really great product and customer service.
Sophia informed me of the parcel delivery and the product is great.

I recieved my package today and one of the items I ordered was not the correct one I needed! I notified them through email regarding the issue. I did not expect such wonderful customer service in response! I am BIG on customer care and this company surpassed that for sure. I was sent out a replacement part immediately and the representative was overly helpful.

contacted sealer with a issue and received good customer service. Problem solved in a timely manner.

Our Hismith machine is quality made and works flawlessly. My wife loves it. We researched many different brands and decided Hismith had the best. My wife says that this is the ultimate!

Placed my order on the 14th of June 2020 and it has still not arrived (today's date the 12th of July) it has apparently been dispatched once already and got lost so I'm waiting on the second delivery........allegedly.

The courier they use has horrific reviews also.

Nearly £900 for my order and abysmal customer service. Three emails have went unanswered and I will be contacting PayPal to freeze the money shortly. Im sure that action will have them contacting me immediately to help find my order. Avoid like the plague.

Power cord wrapped around the moving part and got stuck. Came very close to breaking the pins. The gap between the moving part and the machine should be larger so that cannot happen. I DMd you on twitter for help and got no response.

Also, the double penetration dildo has a fault klick lok. It takes about 10 minutes of pulling at it to come off.

There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the remote. One touch and it goes from slow to max speed.

Overall the machine itself works well, but for the price it should be perfect without these problem considering it is marketed as a premium model

Update: HiSmith promptly responded to this review and have offered to replace the attachment that was faulty.

My credit card payment was taken immediately then nothing......I had to chase and chase, then threaten with a credit card claim before I got an answer of a delay then after further pressure the date of 15 July 20 was given...nothing since......lets just say the jury is out if this is not a scam......

I am very happy with the products almost as good as the real thing, better in some ways😉, definitely worth the money,
customer service is fantastic I can't wait to visit again.

Fun machine and great customer service thanks

It fitted together easily following clear instructions. The motor was really easy to control, either from the box or the remote control, leaving your hand free, great for more play.

I ordered a machine with other attachments in a package. The machine arrived quickly but with none of the additional parts ordered as part of the deal.

HiSmith sent these items out quickly but they never arrived via Royal Mail. They have since sent them again, so I am pleased with their service and the machine works great!

Product looks exactly like in the pictures, but measures were wrong. It's much smaller then what it suppose to be. Feeling and quality is fine tho.

Personally I think the product is good for the price which is why I've given a 4/5 star rating. Some of the components are obviously cheaply made but do the job which is what you would expect from a basic model. A few of the things I would suggest need improving are the power lead connector to the switch as it can come loose occasionally if you pull it lightly. The other thing would be the screwlocks that hold the device in the desired position - while they do their job they can be difficult to adjust (especially if you have some lube on your hands! Other than that I'm really happy with the product. It's easy to work and is a lot of fun to use.

One other thing I would mention is the device was shipped from China. There was a UK address on the website and it stated to expect delivery within 5-8 working days but it took at least a week longer to arrive. This wasn't a problem for me but I wish the company would be more upfront about shipping and how long it will take for delivery.
