This is Brandon's partner and one of the lucky ladies that gets to use this with him. To be honest at first I thought he was a dumbass for spending so much money on a sex toy but my god! Was it worth it, it would even be worth it if it was my money.
The attachments I've tried were lovely, both soft and realistic feeling, one was perfectly sized, the other perfectly too big 👿. Machine isn't too loud, or at least I couldn't hear it over my own moans

I was initially a little worried when I'd read some of the negative reviews on here, as well as seeing the payment receipt from PayPal had gone to someone with Chinese symbols as a business name. However, my experience with this company was great, I paid for the machine in euros as it turned out to be around £50 cheaper than paying for it in GBP with the conversion rate, which is strange. I managed to get the app controlled premium machine, with a Vac-U-Lock adapter, and a free double ended dildo with a 10% off voucher for just €539 (£458).

I selected the free shipping which is supposed to take 7-10 business days, yet I received the machine within 1 working day of ordering! Everything works perfectly so far, couldn't be happier with it!

Received my product super fast, and when it arrived I just had a problem with one of the parts. Contacted them for the issue and they were able to send me a replacement part quickly. I’ve used the product since and works fantastic!

I was worried about not receiving my product because it was two weeks since I ordered it that I heard anything about it, and after I had ordered I had read all the horror stories of people having to dispute the charges and everything, but a week after I ordered and hadn't seen anything on their tracking I asked their chat about it and a week later I got an email from Sophia with my tracking number, and it's supposed to be here in a couple of days! I'll update this if I have anything negative to say about the product itself, otherwise assume I'm satisfied with it. 😛

So far this company has super fast response times, and it seems that their support staff is very well trained! Shipping times were really fast if a bit expensive.
I can't say anything about returns, but I doubt I will need to even experience that in the first place.

I've had my machine for about 3 years now and it still works, recently been in contact with their support and Sophia helped me resolve more than one issue this month after having a problem with my order, as well as helping me update my machine parts:)

I'm unsure about the scam reviews as like I've said I've had my machine for years with no technical faults and found out about these guys from word of mouth as its usually what is recommended from reddit.

Absolutely amazing delivery ordered on Monday night and it arrived Thursday morning, does take some getting used to and when angled down it does make a noise but could just be me doing something wrong very sturdy machine and amazing attachments, it’s great they provide options of different attachments you can buy to suit the person, as for customer service I didn’t have to use this service as everything came so quickly. Would highly recommend to someone on a budget who’s wanting to try a machine

Ordered the premium Machine and some accessories, the machine arrived 3 days after my order via yodel and the accessories arrive 6 days after order via Hermes.

This was a present for my wife and what can I say except this is by far the best sex toy we've ever purchased.

I purchased the Hismith HS06 two months ago. I am very happy with this high quality machine. I have also purchased various accessories and they are of the same high quality and arrived promptly.

As this is my first sex machine, I have contacted Hismith Customer Service a few times already. They responded promptly and helped me with all my questions and purchases. The machine is a quality product and the customer service is awesome. Highly recommended.

I have had my Premium Sex Machine for a few months now and have spent many a fabulous hour enjoying the sensations it gives me .. and the customer service from Hismith has been great on the couple of early questions i sent them.. BUT there are a couple of silly niggles that would make it so much better. The first is the daft fixings for the legs .. it is such a pain to use an allen key every time to put the legs together. The second are the levers to lock the height of the unit , they work and do the job, but flat washers and bolts on a curved surface? . Also why is the control unit attached with the power plug at the front and the control lead at the back .. completely the wrong way around for use.. and such an easy fix. Lastly the click-loc system is great BUT why are the attachments so much more expensive that other suppliers still using air-loc. I would love to buy click-loc but the 30% premium over air-loc or vac-u-loc just isnt worth it.

So in summary .. a great machine , but with silly design flaws ,, great support and customer service .. but paid for with overpriced attachments.

This site is a Chinese site disguising as a Uk company. I ve asked for express delivery and it s been 2 weeks and it just arrived to the UK. Please be careful the reviews below are misleading. THIS IS NOT A UK COMPANY and product are delivered from China.
Update: I have finally received it. It had NO user guide, the material is plastic and flimsy and guess what? THERE IS NO MOTOR!!! THIS IS A SCAM!! Do not buy!
Update2: I replied to you in email, there is no hole for the electric plug and there is no user guide... please look at the picture again...

Can’t be simpler than that: Delivery was fast and product is awesome. No one should hesitate to get stuff from Hismith.

This Review is only on customer service, since I haven't received my machine yet I can not Review it. I ordered from the actual company but the uk site and I live in USA that was my fault. They took care of that for me and never said anything about it. Then 24 hrs latter I flipped out on them because I hadn't received an confirmation email about my purchase. The online chat they weren't available and I started reading reviews about how horrible hismith was and products were non returnable. I sent them a message to cancel my order and when they responded it had already shipped I really flipped out. After the lady explained to me that they do send confirmation emails to check spam or junk folder and that I had ordered from UK site and by the time they got the message to the correct location it had been shipped I started looking into the reviews. They are not as they appear. 1st off they do send confirmation emails check your junk folder that is where mine was. The Reviews about products being non returnable is the ones bought on Amazon and other 3rd party sellers and yes it clearly states on Amazon non returnable. They are cheaper on there but who knows what you are truly getting and if it's the real deal or not. If it's not you can't return it. The customer service with the actual company has been amazing and they have replied to every message I sent. They even said since it was shipped already if I still didn't want it to just refuse the delivery. The communication is what I find amazing, they actually respond, it's not a computer it's a person and they are nice about it, even if you aren't because I was kind of mean in 1 on my emails but I apologized.
