- Every email interaction to around 10 days
- Told me they reshipped to right adress
- Never arrived
- Refunded me after 3 months but kept shipping cost

Absolutely love the range of Hismile toothpastes and lip products. The tinted lip glosses are very underrated and worth every penny. Couldn’t recommend enough!

It doesn't work. Im a smoker and huge tea drinker. So disappointed after seeing all the reviews. Which is why I bought it. I got the hismile strips for £30 they didn't do anything. I used them twice followed the instructions and didn't even see a little difference.

I am someone who has sensory issues with traditional, strong, mint toothpaste, so I really appreciate that hismile makes quality toothpaste with fluoride intended for adults that comes in other flavors. I’ve been looking for a brand that actually does a good job of this forever, and hismile is the only one I found, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Customer service is shocking. I had a problem with my parcel, they finally got back to me after waiting 8 days for a response. However, they didn’t help me whatsoever. I emailed back and have not received a response since… That was 1 month ago. I still don’t have my parcel, nor do I have a refund. Company is a scam.

The new id mouth wash is the best mouth wash I’ve ever used it really works I usually wake up with the worst morning breath if I use that before bed my breath doesn’t smell at all you can tell I was asleep but it doesn’t have a rank smell! I’m so thankful if found this!!!

Accidentally ordered this. I tried cancelling immediately but received no response for 4 separate emails. The product arrived so I thought I'd give it a go as they were clearly not going to respond.
I needn't have bothered. The product is rubbish. I spent an uncomfortable half hour with a strip on my top teeth. I wanted to make a comparison with my bottom teeth. Scrubbing the tape off was a challenge and there was no difference what so ever.
The endless ads on social media are enhanced and fake. Don't bother. Save your money. It's a scam!

I have ordered the peach flavored one and now the strawberry one and it's flavor is to strong compared to the blue raspberry one my daughter loves. So now I have 2 practically full toothpastes that I can't return and spent a lot of money on. I ended up having to order from a different company for toothpaste for her.

Still waiting for my order. Has been two months. Shipping in eu. Customer support is not answering at all. Do not recommend to use this store. If you have any issues don’t even try to get help

I had no idea different flavored toothpaste existed until I found out about hismile. One day I spontaneously bought their watermelon toothpaste and I can’t imagine going back! Now I actually look forward to brushing my teeth and can’t wait to get more flavors.

Placed an order on the 20th December and still haven't received anything! Assumed that there might have been delays due to the end of year so waited sometime before contacting them. Finally, I sent an enquiry (via their website) on 13 January following up on my order - almost a month after my initial order). I received a response on 2 February advising that my order must have been "lost in transit" and requesting.that I provide information such as name, address, contact information (which was all provided when I originally placed my order in December).

To date, I have not received any acknowledgement of my response on 2 February or confirmation that my order has been resent.

I accept that sometimes things like this happen however the lack of customer service coupled with the fact that its now been more than 2 months since I placed my order makes me feel like this is a scam! Think I'll be asking for a refund (although not hopeful that I'll have much luck!)

Hismile website and stocklists are no longer stocking replacement toothbrush heads.
Why are you still selling a product that cannot be used without replacement heads?
I will be taking this to consumer affairs as this company steals your money and provides no follow up product access.
I strongly suspect that Hismile are not far off permanent closure given that most Australian retailers currently have Hismile products on clearance.
The many customer reports of unfulfilled orders and the failure of customer service to respond to reasonable enquires does not fill anyone with confidence in this brand for the future.

Had a problem with the product when it shipped to me, but the customer service team fixed it and sent it back to me! Toothpaste tastes great, and thanks again for your customer service aid 🙂

Horrible customer service. It shouldn’t be that hard to respond to an email. The items are not as effective as promised. Be careful — good marketing, but the results don’t match.

OK I did wait approx 2 weeks for my order to arrive but I did order right after Christmas so on the assumption they were playing catch up.
I ordered the iD Stain Whitening Mouthwash and the V34 Whitening Strips.

1. The iD mouthwash, the taste wasn't to unpleasant (much better than my conventional mouthwash that actually tastes like chemicals) the iD one though the gunk that came out of my mouth, I thought it might have been a gimic so trialled it at different times throughout the day before & after brushing teeth to see what 'gunk' comes out and I was so surprised and also my mouth didn't have that strange 'your gums have just been stripped of the skin feel either' 🤣 so all in all 5 out of 5 from me!

2. The V34 Whitening Strips: I have trialled many strips over the years, My teeth are already pretty white naturally BUT you can always go a shader lighter right! So.... They were super super easy to apply, didn't have ANY taste whatsoever, The removal...
Easy to remove, a little messy when wiping the residue but as it states on the box, brush your teeth to remove residue and voilà BEAUTIFUL white teeth, No need to apply daily to achieve desired shade as per my other strips as they we're... how can I put it 'Ross from friends white' IF YOU KNOW... YOU KNOW! So all in all 5 out of 5 from me for these.

Overall comments: if you are not to fussed about a bit of a wait, and not after a fast response to queries even though they do eventually respond then these are the products for you (I bought via their website but they were shipped via Amazon)
If you get hung up, narky and demand next day products then I recommend going elsewhere.

One star for customer service. I've reached out multiple times and just received an automated response. I ordered 4 x iD Mouthwash and only received 1. No follow-up email from HiSmile explaining why I didn't receive my full order, nothing. This is my last resort. HiSmile do better.

I recently discovered this brand and am very happy with it! I'm not a fan of the standard mint flavors, so for me this is great. My 2nd order arrived this week and I am just as happy with it. I have now tried vanilla and coconut. recommended!

Honestly can’t review the product because it’s been almost 2 months since I ordered from them. Inquiry emails sent with automated responses either providing me with tracking links that show the item hasn’t moved or a message saying someone will be in touch (they haven’t).
