It was incredibly easy to use. First I called a bunch of hotels, left messages, and didn't hear back. Using Skipper, I got quotes from a number of hotels in our price range and booked them in one business day!

The experience with Meghan was great! She was very responsive and made things super easy.

My only suggestion would be for the Skipper website to send an email prompt whenever an action is necessary from one of the parties. Otherwise we have to keep checking the website to see the status.

Skipper made everything so easy! I will tell any of my friends getting married to use this service to book hotel blocks. Thank you!

I am highly impressed with this service. I had an awesome booking advisor, Rob, who walked me through everything and was in constant communication with me. I could ask a question and receive an answer within 20 minutes, by the end of the business day or if it was on off hours I would have an answer first thing in the morning. I definitely recommend this service to anyone and everyone! I didn't have a clue how to start and Skipper took so much stress and second guessing out of the process.

This company made blocking the hotel for my wedding SO EASY! They saved me a ton of time and money, as the quotes I got through the company were way better than the quotes I got on my own. And I barely had to do anything. I totally recommend this company!!

I love the idea if this service, but it hasn't been completely smooth booking courtesy blocks for my wedding. My contact was told that I didn't want to be on the hook for any costs, so I only was interested in courtesy blocks. I got a contract from one hotel which asked for a credit card number and had language that said I would be responsible for unused bookings under a certain percentage. When I questioned my contact, she advised me to go ahead and sign, but when I questioned her again, she contacted the hotel and confirmed that I would have had to pay for unused rooms. Just be sure to read your contractsbbefore signing! Now I have booked additional rooms with a second hotel, and she sent me the final contract for the first hotel and copied the wrong hotel's salesperson, so I'm just waiting to get the final contract and to get the group discount code for the second hotel. I still like the convenience of doing everything online, but I could have had this wrapped up by now if I had called directly.

Easy and convenient service. Being outside the area of where our wedding is located, it was nice being able to explore nearby hotels and compare prices. Communication was also simple and updates were given timely.

The simplicity in booking hotel blocks that Skipper provides is fantastic. As a wedding planner AND planning my own wedding, being able to look at multiple rates and locations at one time and not have to send out a million emails saves so much time and energy. I will always use Skipper moving forward with trying to find room blocks for my brides, and if I am throwing any type of event in the future.
