Can't say I was impressed.

Ordered a case about a month before it was delivered, only to be told after waiting for it that it was out of stock (which it didn't say when I placed the order).

Kindly, they said they'd make me one (I assume to avoid cancelling the order). Unfortunately when the case came, it was damaged and the paintwork was marked in multiple places. I sent pictures and explained I didn't expect this of a company with such a great rep, especially when it cost nearly £200. All they offered was a £25 refund.

Won't be using them again.

The case was excellent - really solid - but light. Just right for a hand made classical guitar that I have spent 10 months building, so I wanted it to be properly protected.

I recently bought a case for my 1985 ES335. I have the original Gibson case, but I wouldn’t trust it on a tube journey, let alone on tour. It took me a while to come around to Hiscox as a potential solution, because although I have other guitars that live in Hiscox cases, which I have flown with, it didn’t feel as sexy as an original Gibson case or as fancy futuristic as a Mono gig bag. I got over myself and went for the ivory Hiscox and I will never look back. The guitar fit snugly anyway and with some extra pads I’ve achieved a perfect fit. I no longer sweat carrying the guitar out, both because it is lighter than the original case and because I trust I can throw it around without breaking the guitar. In the end, a sexy case is a well used case with a great guitar inside.

Unless you have people to carry your gear for you, in which case go full flight, this is the best portable protection I’ve found.

Excellent case! Light and sturdy, I trust this flight case to protect my guitar under all circumstances. My daughter's Hiscox cello case has been rock solid for 15 years now, too.

Easy to navigate website, excellent customer service and a reasonable price point for an exceptional product. I needed some high quality guitar cases for some vintage acoustic guitars I am fortunate to own and play. Online research led me to discover Hiscox Cases as a top recommended brand. They are handmade, insulated and built in such a way that they protect precious instruments during transport and for day-to-day storage. Shipping costs are a bit high overseas, but the price points for the actual product are reasonable. I am very happy with my Hiscox acoustic guitar cases and would highly recommend them.

Ordering online was simple and I was kept informed about manufacture and delivery which was on time. I have used Hiscox cases for violins, violas and now an acoustic guitar. They protect valuable intruments both at home and when travelling and are as tough as claimed. I bought my first one over 20 years ago and it is as good as new after considerable use

Hiscox musical instrument cases are probably the best. I have an old one bought at the same time as a guitar in the mid 1990s and I’ve bought a new one directly from Hiscox. The service was excellent. Despatch and delivery were both very quick.

Recent purchase of case for my Gibson SG…. was waiting to buy a case once they got round to making some from Gibson…….. so glad I got fed up and turned to Hiscox
It’s far stronger, more room for my additional items that I carry….
Looking to buy another guitar soon, and I think I’ll treat it to a new Hiscox case for safety and peace of mind

Exceptional cases. Only company I trust to keep my guitars safe when flying (and the rest of the time for that matter!!!). Don’t hesitate - buy a hiscox.

I recently bought a Parker Fly guitar. They're a rare breed as it is, but the fact they have a completely unique shape makes getting a case all but impossible. Fortunately, Hiscox makes one (and may have been the original case make when Parker Guitars was in business.) All I know is they came up on a search, and had a case to me in the US in 10 business days. Add to that it's the sturdiest case I own (and I own many) makes them a Godsend.

Bought for a larger 12 string Epiphone.
Perfect fit, arrived properly packaged.
Have bought 2 Hiscox cases before, these cases are the best sturdy cases available outside of armour plate.
Certainly up to travel quality.
If they’re doing air travel, get them wrapped to avoid ‘character’ marks… 10/10

I’ve been using these cases for years, so that says everything about them. Sturdy, well made, and great protection. Easy to carry too. Will continue to support this company. My only “beef” is that I bought direct thinking I was supporting the business, only to find that they were more expensive than buying from an online retailer, plus delivery was slower than an online retailer. Next time I buy one, it will not be direct from Hiscox. Hope that helps. Cheers.

This is my third Hiscox case and I’m very happy with the protection and transport ergonomics they provide. I’m very particular about my guitars and appreciate the excellent protection my Hiscox cases provide to my Strat, Tele and Les Paul! I recommend Hiscox cases without reservation! Best, Roger
