Hi, we're sorry that we could only deliver you 15% of your Prismatic Evolutions pre-order. We chose to give every customer something with the shortages. Since a couple weeks we're also no longer doing pre-orders to prevent this from happening again with the Pokémon-shortages. Looking at the tracking you should have received your goods by now, international delivery can take a while. If you still don't have the goods, please mail us.

purchased prismatic evolutions in pre-order, at the beginning of January I receive an email saying that they can only ship one elite and they will refund the rest.
never received a refund or elite, I wrote several times but no one ever answers

Seriously bad 👎
3 issues on orders, Half order missing, other delivered 2 weeks after date, no replies to emails, no communication, never received article i ordered in may. Last time I used hirocards.

I did the order the 1st of November
I did the order the 1st of November. All the products were in stock at this time on the website. They prepared the order 3 weeks later because 1 product was available only at this time, but then 1 product was out of stock. They didn’t reserve the product for me in advance :-(

Waiting time very long overall
Products did not get sent. There was no communication as to why this happened.
Delivery with gls took way longer then expected and was very messy in terms of shipping updates.
Did receive an extra product to compensate for the whole situation but for future orders I will order somewhere else
