I recently booked a minibus for our wedding (2x transfers) on a quite short notice. The communication, quote and service was very quick, friendly and efficient. I was in touch with Henry and he was great. The driver on the day was on time, friendly and helpful and the bus in a good condition. Hirego have been brilliant in accommodating my private airport transfer when my first private transfer company bailed on us in the final 24 hours. Excellent service, on time, kept us updated at all times as our original driver (Edward) was off ill but we were kept informed and he was replaced with a really friendly driver (Steve). We were staying at a very out of the way location but he'd gone out earlier to check where we were so he could get to us without any problems. Would definitely recommend and use again.

From the outset communication with Marcus from HireGo was quick and helpful. The cost for the minibus was fine and Natalie, our driver, arrived very promptly for pick up and drop off. It made the wedding day much less stressful knowing this was in place. Thank you for good service.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The communication was brilliant from the initial enquiry stage to the whatsapp messages and pin drop locations on the day to track driver progress to your meeting point. Even down to post journey follow up from Marcus to ensure everything went smoothly.

Minibus was spotlessly clean, drivers were polite, made rest stops when we asked, and even played some excellent music for our journey home.

Compared to our experience through a different company 12 months prior, when a battered old transit van turned up to collect us and our 10 clients - which was VERY embarrassing - this service was absolutely top notch. Already booking again for next years event.

Be very careful of booking with this company as they will not refund any money should you cancel & we gave more than 24hrs notice. The Edinburgh's Hogmanay celebration were cancelled so we no longer needed the taxi which cost us £280

I used Hirego for a work trip for 15 people. When I asked for a quote Marcus replied very quickly and was in constant contact with me, he also called which was very important to me to be able to talk to someone on the phone. Keith was our minibus driver all weekend and he was also fantatsic & very professional! I highly recommed them and will be using them again in the future.
