Really good service.
I ordered some table legs and by a mistake they where sent back to Hip Villa. They then called me and luckyli for me one of the workers was going to visit his mother near me so he came with the table legs 1 hour after and checked out if the table legs had had any damages since it was sent back - i didn't. Really really good service and i love my table legs :)

Great products, good prices, excellent support!
I can browse the webshop for hours and hours, making these huge wishlists. Maybe not all products are straight up my alley, but the prices, especially from HAY, are. I love HAY design, and just got myself a DLM-table. Check it out.
Anyways, the thing that made me write this review is that the delivery got delayed after I paid for it. I panicked a little because I really needed the table by this weekend. So, after a brief chat with the excellent Olivia at Customer Support, we agreed on they sending me a similar table (green instead of yellow, and the bigger model) with a discount.
Sure, it didn't get me the original order, which is unfortunate, but this solution based service just gets my juices flowing. And the replacement isn't exactly carp so to speak.
I am a happy customer and will visit this shop, with my spending trousers on, again and again and...

Good service, Good Product. Delivered Damaged!
I loved the Hip Villa website. I loved the Product. I ordered and watched it travel from Denmark to Germany to the UK. It arrived and I couldn't wait to open it. All good but it was damaged so that was bad! I am sure it will all be sorted as I was asked to send pictures which I have done so I am just waiting to hear what will happen next.
