Bought two and never got my order :( or my money back. I wrote them but never heard back.

I also order in 2/2020 and have tried several times to contact them and nothing. This really burns me up. I’ll never buy anything unless it’s local!

NOT EVEN A 1 STAR BUT THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY I COULD WRITE MY REVIEW. I PLACED MY ORDER BACK IN MARCH ALSO ASKING FOR A REFUND AND STILL NOTHING. NOW NOT FINDING TRCKING # OR ANYTHING SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

I have written Hipsline several times to ask for a refund for the products that I have not received as I ordered them in Feb 2020 and have not received anything. Today's date is Sept 16/20. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I am disgusted with this company, I ordered.a product from them in February of this year, money was withdrawn from my account and after sending emails back and forth still not received the goods. Beware it is a scam .

I ordered in February 2020 and today is August 27, 2020. I have yet to receive my order!! It’s been 6 months. They contacted me in on February and then March with the same generate email stating because of covid-19 my order will take longer than usual.

I ordered before covid-19 in February!!! They are a bunch of crooks!

I keep emailing but no response.

I ordered at the end of February 2020. And still haven’t receive my order. I contacted them in March 2020. They said it was taking longer Bc of covid. Still didn’t receive anything by May 2020. Ask for a refund since they haven’t sent me my order. Haven’t heard from them since. Checked on it today and it says connection isn’t private. And someone may be impersonating hipsline. Not a good company.

Please save yourself some grief and do not order from this "company". I ordered from them in March and now know I will never see my order or my money. As with other reviewers here, they charged me twice and never attempted to right their wrong. Save your hard earned money for a trustworthy vendor. I wish I had checked these reviews before ordering.

I placed an order back in Feb 2020 and still have not received item, I have emailed numerous times asking for my items to be delivered or my money back, with no response!!!
making matters worse, they set their site with this way, that you think that you have not payed the item you want and you press the button again, so you end up to buy more than one item...they charged me for two instead of one items NOT HAPPY THEY ARE prof money keepes...AVOID THOSE professional money keepers...DO NOT DARE TO BUY...YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY

Don’t order anything from these people. They are a scam. They will take your money, never send your order and never reply to your emails!

This is a scam. I have emailed 3 times and no response. I never received the product. I saw the promo on Instagram and now I am reluctant to order anything that is shown on Instagram or Facebook. I wish Instagram and Facebook would block fraudulent companies trying to sell their items.

Please don't order this product ,I ordered last January and I haven't recieved the product ,I requested for a refund and I never heard anything from them.

I ordered back in February.. first I accidentally ordered 2 products and asked them to keep 1 and refund me for the 1.. they said no. So I said okay I’m not going to argue so I’ll give it away and that’s fine. Now I have sent 3 emails in a row to customer support with no response about where my 2 items are that I ordered and paid for in February. I asked for a refund since I have not received these items and have gotten no response. This company is fraudulent.. it has been 5 months since I ordered and I ordered something as a surprise for my husband who is deployed and will be returning soon from overseas after being gone a year. Thanks a lot and thanks for supporting our military.. do not order from them!

Since March I’m waiting for my order, nobody even answer my emails, they took my money from my account when I placed the order and nothing!!! How do I get my money back??? Scam ? Who do I contact to get my £55 pounds back?

Like everyone else ordered back in February, still haven’t received my items or refund. They actually ignore my emails now. They are scammers. Looks like everyone is losing money. At least I paid the sale price, but still lost money. Buyer beware, don’t order from them unless you want to lose your money.

So bad!!! I bought an item on February 1st and we are on July 2nd... still, no product, no answer and no refund!!!
Just a RIPOFF

Ordered 2 items 1st week of February 2020....It is now almost July 2020.
I have YET to receive my items or a refund, OR an updated response as to when to expect ANYTHING. This company is a FRAUD! PLEASEEEEEEEE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from them.
YOU WILL REGRET IT.
