Really easy to deal with company

Really easy to deal with company, phoned them up told them what car I wanted and Hippo sorted it out very quickly and professionally.

Car did arrive with a slow puncture on the front right hand side however Im hoping they will deal with this .

All in all good company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car .

What an amazing customer service I have…

What an amazing customer service I have had from this company , especially my account manager Zac (who at times I think he must have wanted to leave, dealing with me!) Zac was so patient and he replied within minutes so not keeping me hanging on a decision. Zac also helped me with my decision on a car as I really could t make up my mind so his expertise was greatly received . Just await my car now and I am hoping it won’t disappoint

After sales service.... what after sales

All went very well, and the purchasing journey was good.
But.....
Once I had taken delivery of my vehicle, I found a 2 inch tear in the seating that I hadn't noticed on my walk round, and it was missing its tyre inflation kit
AND, a knife blade used in detailing the car.
On contacting the company initially, my account manager informed me that when raised with her manager, the reply was "what do you expect, it's not a new car", to which my reply was "if it had been in the detailed description of the car, I could have made an informed decision on whether to buy the car. Oh, and my car was not ready for my 0930 appointment, more like 1100. After raising an issue through the online system, I received a call from Jake, who was very apologetic regarding the blade and also promised to send a tyre inflation kit, and the issue would be escalated, and I should hear back by Tuesday. Today is Friday, and apart from me being told someone would get back to me, I have had no update or received the tyre inflation kit.
Unlike advertising spiel on the phone line, I certainly do not feel like one of the family and I can only assume nobody cares now they have made the sale.
Update, the car is now only charging 50% of the time. I have had to chase everything up. The car is going back as it is not fit for purpose.
