Great customer service when things go wrong

I've purchased 2 personalised bottles and the quality has been great we are on year 3 with them and the only one that's had damage is from my youngest who likes to break lids (leaving the straw lid open and throwing them) and officially broke the internal wall somehow (after being thrown) they still stay cold the whole day. I just ordered two more and had a technical glitch where somehow the Skye waterbottle with Teal lid changed to navy in my conformation email. I immediately emailed them to explain the situation where we figured out it was a technical issue. Kim was very understanding and after some back and forth trying to figure out what was going on and Kim getting all the info she needed she was able to correct the issue. Her customer services was amazing and it's great to see companies with excellent customer service especially when it's when things have gone wrong.

Don’t bother!

I ordered three packs of stick on labels for my kids. I was shocked when they arrived. Very poor quality. One pack was more legible but the others were streaky and shadowy. Customer service not interested. Only used this brand for particular colours but even then, colours were quite different to on screen. I’ll be going back to Stuck On You.
This brand’s products and consumer service stinks.

Avoid

Ordered 3 label packs and a stamp. The stamp and 2 of the label packs were fine, however, the labels in the 3rd pack were unreadable. I requested a refund for the single unusable pack and was rejected. There are so many label companies out there there's no reason to use these guys if they're happy to sell labels that are not fit-for-purpose and refuse a refund. The amount would have been less than 1/4 of my total order amount and I would've ordered again but now I'll spread the word to avoid them.
I have ordered from StuckonYou and Bright Star Kids and they were both great. Decided to try HippoBlue because they were cheaper but now I see why. Save your money and use Bright Star Kids or StuckonYou the first time.
Happy to hear from Hippo Blue and update this review if they want to reconsider their poor customer service.
