Trying to get a mortgage in Spain when you don't live there is tough. I tried a couple of banks myself, but it didn't go well. I searched online for a mortgage advisor and found Hipoteken, and I'm so glad I did.

Hipoteken stood by me for nearly 3 years providing a number of indicative offers, while my personal situation was changing as did the house wishes.
I could submit the documents in the language of my country (EU) and this alone was worth the fee vs. having to look for certified translations of the huge paperwork required for non-residents by direct application with main Spanish banks. I was very pleased with the offers, which came in according to my wishes, so I could compare and choose. Hipoteken was there to advise too. The team was easily reachable for any questions.
