hipo buy is a great agent

hipo buy is a great agent, they even message you when they are not sure if the thing you ordered is in good color good size etc. when its in theyre warehouse no other agent does that

Hipobuy order!

The quality of clothes was amazing- look like the real thing!! I ordered several items and I don’t have any complaints for any of them.

The shipping was very fast (12 days) and I’m extremely pleased with all of the suppliers. I would definitely recommend them to everybody and I’m going to use this as my new main source of clothes.

Hipobuy ignores customer instructions, damages items, lies about it, then closes tickets to avoid refunds

I used Hipobuy for the first time in early 2026. Placed an order with very clear rehearsal instructions repeated over 4 days: remove ALL individual plastic/foil bags (product bags + barcode bags), minimalist packaging only to keep weight and volume as low as possible.
Warehouse completely ignored it.

Packed everything in multiple layers of loose foil/plastic (including oversized outer bags)
Exactly the opposite of what I paid rehearsal for.
Result: one t-shirt arrived heavily crushed/mauled

After providing MP4 videos + screenshots multiple times (they confirmed receiving them), the support admitted twice:

„warehouse acknowledged negligence due to excessive busyness”
„our warehouse staff did not meet your requirements, which was indeed our mistake”

But instead of refunding the shipping fee (35.44 EUR), they:

- Offered only vague „some coupons”
- Tried to gaslight me by claiming the extra bags „protected” my items and „may have prevented more damage” during transport (complete nonsense, all damage happened in warehouse, not transit)
- Repeatedly asked for the „same videos/photos again” despite having them in logs
Closed the ticket after just 1 hour following my 48 hour ultimatum, without any resolution

Their rehearsal service do not provide quality picture of instruction result in form of a picture and support acknowledges the fact.

Over 1.5 months of back-and-forth, multiple support agents, delays, ghosting from buy department, ticket closures, empty apologies and zero accountability.

Bottom line:
- They promise to follow customer instructions, they don't and they keep on telling these empty promises
- They damage goods through lazy/ rushed packing, then blame transport or claim it was „a benefit”
- They admit fault in chat logs, but refuse financial compensation
- They close tickets prematurely to make the problem „go away”

If you're okay with coupons instead of real money back and don't mind fighting for months, maybe try them.

If you expect professional service, actual responsibility and respect for paid rehearsal services, please look elsewhere (Superbuy, CSSBuy, MyCnBox, etc. handle similar requests without this drama).
I have full chat logs, videos and screenshots if anyone wants proof before ordering.

Yet Another Good Experience with Hipobuy

I’ve ordered through Hipobuy a few times now and honestly it’s been pretty consistent every time. The ordering process is simple and easy to understand, so it doesn’t take long to get everything sorted.

My latest order arrived without any issues and the packaging was solid. The item was exactly what I expected based on the listing and the quality was good.

I also had a small question during the process and support got back to me fairly quickly, which was nice.

Overall nothing to complain about. It’s been reliable for me so far and I’ll probably keep using Hipobuy for future orders.

It's the best agent. You have to know that the ship it's expensive because it comes from china. It's so easy to buy and they do the QC so good, if in the product they see any damage they do a photo and send an advice to you. You can contact the buyer and it's very easy to use.
