Thieves, it's a huge scam! They will just say Over and over they can't issue a refund because it has passed more than 30 days. I cancelled my subscription and they still keep getting my money. Give me my money back, thieves! Stop charging my cards! They charge my card today and I call them, they said they can't make a refund because my original subscription was 6 month ago... unbelievable! Total scam! They should be in jail!
I never managed to use it and they keep charging me and refuse to refund! They claim I never cancelled, but I did as soon as signed up originally as there was no app and not easy to use.
Took $74 after I cancelled and won’t refund even though I have an email for them saying I didn’t authorize the payment. PayPal are useless and won’t do anything. They do not contact you at any point about your service and certainly not before or even after they take money from you which is very bad tactics. The course was total nonsense as well. Don’t go near that company, they are a total scam and their money back guarantee means nothing to them. Also learnt that PayPal is pointless as well: They are thieves pure and simple!
The product is Nonsense! I had stupidity to buy and try it! But the worst is that after I delete it all and forgot, they still charged more from me without me knowing and understanding what happened, like somewhere “I signed agreement with subscription”. I can proof my words with the emails etc. So angry and disappointed! Be aware!
