If I could give more starts, I would do it! Ever since contacting Hinke, everything has been super easy and fast. In a country where a lot of companies sell heat pumps, Hinke stood as the most professional and specialized.

I received a visit from Michael and he was not trying to sell me a heat pump at any cost, he was giving me advice on which solution would be best and which system would have the best warranty or easier to repair in the future to have peace of mind.

We close the deal and from the first visit to installation, it only took 2 days - what a fantastic service.

All employees that came to the house were fast and efficient (Michael, Morten, Lars, Carsten and Steen).

On top of that, I had some issues with my underfloor heating which had nothing to do with the heat pump installation, but Hinke went an extra mile to help me fix it, special thanks to Carsten.

Whoever is looking for a new heat pump, choose Hinke because you will definately be please with their advice, installation, delivery and outstanding service.
