I ordered an item- a yamaha keyboard…

I ordered an item- a yamaha keyboard power button from this company on August 9th 2026. At the time of ordering I did not realise this company was in the USA as the pricing was in Euro. However, I received an email confirming my order and indicating delivery would be made between August 20 and September 1. When I hadn't received my order by September 18 I emailed the company at the email address provided with the order confirmation and copied to their customer service email enquiring as to when I might expect to receive my order. To date (September 24) I have not received a reply. The tracking number they provided is not recognised and when I check
"View Order" on the original email I received I get an error message telling me the company is not taking orders right now.
At this stage I don't know if this is a genuine company with appalling customer service (despite what they say on their website) or just another scam outfit.⁹
