I was contacted immediately after submitting. l needed work done ASAP. He arrived the next morning. He efficiently moved with knowledge and precision to complete my monitor set up quickly. He also took his own time to make the space in my office more organized, cleaner wiped down my desk.
He helped me dissemble and put the 2 old monitors back into the box they came in. Made sure it was the setup I wanted. He is what businesses are lacking.
Effective customer service no longer exists on our institutions. So I just want to thank him for the fairness in his services offered. We need more like him!
