5* experience- from customer contact via email when ordering to how quickly plants were sent to me and how the plants were delivered. Superbly protected during mail process, couldn’t recommend to anymore more! Very happy and impressed, tree ferns were beautiful and all great prices! All the delicate banana plants were wrapped perfectly and again no loss of soil / damage to plants! So happy! Will buy again!

Hillside were very helpful on questions relating to individual Dicksonia tree ferns and providing up to date images to ensure I made the right purchase.
Hopefully the basket to Paypal glitch is now sorted that we talked about.
It was very well packed with no damage. A few grumbles from the the postman as he said it was very heavy lugging it about 🤣 but overall, im happy with my double trunk tree fern and service.

Great service
Received the email notification that some seeds I was after were back in stock so I placed the order. I was sent an email that evening advising they would be shipped the next day and I received them soon after. Seeds look to be good quality. Very happy with the service and my order.
