This company is a ripoff. Ordered their ovepriced bird feeders, spent $89. Have NEVER RECEIVED THEM, they promised a refund that has never come. Thoroughly discussed. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE ONLINE FOREIGN COMPANIES AGAIN. Save your money, go outside and hand feed the hummingbirds

DO NOT buy from this company, I purchased what was supposed to be a name brand wireless dog fence for almost $200, it arrived in a generic box with NO NAME BRAND, the fence is faulty and won't read a proper boundary. I contacted the company and they said it would cost $50 to $80 for me to return ship it in unused condition and the offered me $15 instead. They also don't make you aware that you are purchasing from another country until you get the tracking information. Total BS, please don't trust them like I did...

I brought a cooleez cooling fan for $60-70. I was definately not what they advertised & didn't even cool a small room. I emailed them asking for a return & refund & they responded with postage on my cost being $40-50 & therefore offering a refund of $8.
Will never order off this site again

Wish I had read Pearl,s review before I wasted my money on Bunny. Thought it would be great for Grandaughter,s Easter. Thank goodness I only bought one. Waste of money

I had seen these ads for the robotic like bunny's and thought it would be great for Easter. They looked great in the ad but when they arrived all they are is a toy you put batteries in and watch them hop a few times, then squeak a few times over and over and over. Could have got the same thing at a local store and probably paid a lot less. Don't fall for the misleading ad and most definitely DO NOT waste your money on these.

They never sent me the hummingbird feeder I ordered. They say the mailing address is not in existance, yet they charged my credit card using it
gave me a phone # to call. That number is not in service. What liars! Now they will not answer me from their support team! This company sucks!!!!!!!!! SCAMERS!!!!@

I ordered glass decanters. Got my shipping notice. Can't find any details about my order. Can't even find the product I ordered on their website.

TERRIBLE products and company. It took forever to ship my item and then I received a defective item... Reached out to let them know and they wanted me to send them videos and jump through hoops... When I eventually declined, they informed me that the shipping cost was going to be $60 to return a $70 item. This is A SCAM!!

Please, if you are reading reviews about the $89 AC cooling system from this company...take notice! I paid using PayPal thinking I had some security. I returned the most unsatisfactory product to the advised address and according to Australia Post tracking system my parcel arrived and went through customs in China within about a week. Here is the problem as best I can understand from PayPal. This company has failed to collect the returned parcel therefore because of this failure it doesn't acknowledge the returned parcel and I cannot get a refund!!! To add insult to injury it is still being widely advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

bite buddy chew toys didn't last 10 minutes with my aggressive chewer

Bought non destructive dog toys 3 for $54.00. Wanted refund because they did not last 10 minutes!! Cheap quality and poorly made!! They offered me $8 and when I said I paid $54.dollars they then said their final offer is $20. !! Bad business do not purchase anything from them!!

Ordered the supposedly indestructible bite buddy. Lasted 15 minutes and then it was nothing but stuffing and pieces of rag. I neglected to do my due diligence and look at reviews so that is my fault. Expensive lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Ad has a Colddez brand, but after paying $109 for a cheap $10 no brand fan that was delivered in realised i had been scammed. Not even going to seek a refund as reviews show that is a pain also. Rack it up to my gullibility & not checking reviews. Don't buy anything from this company!

The company does not exist and they drop ship poor quality goods from CHINA and pretend to be form USA. They create their own sites called bestconsumerinsight.com/ coldeez.com/ plus many more. I keep reporting these sites to GOOGLE and Microsoft and they keep listing them. WHY I do not know. Asked for a refund and they bastards said I could for $80 USD which is more than the $5.00 CHINESE crap is worth. Stay away from COLD EEZ and HILIPERT and I will keep tracking them down for you so you dont get ripped off from them.

I didn't realize what bad reviews you had as a company. I have also been conned by ordering a cooling Ace air conditioner and a miniture fan arrived which blows less than a $10 fan you buy in a cheap shop. It is such a rip off and you say to send the item back for a refund and the postage will cost me between $50 and $80 but you will give me $8 towards costs. Hope you don't get away with this much longer and anyone looking at buying anything from you checks the reviews closer than I did. All I did was check the reviews from the Cooling Ace air conditoner not knowing they were sending a crappy little fan that doesn't blow anything

I ordered the little picture with the birds made from "sea glass" as a gift. They sent it in a thin cardboard sleeve that was bent in half so that the picture was ripped in two places. I asked for a refund and they offered me $8. I went through PayPal to get the full refund and they want me to mail it back (to China) which will cost more than the $45 I paid for a piece of paper with little pieces of fake sea glass. Nowhere on the advertisement did it say it was coming from China. What a scam!

A total waste of money. These socks are so bad I went and ordered another brand. I could get warmer toes by letting my dog lay on them. Hey if you can't trust a Communist Chinese company who can you trust? Their a total scam. Buyer beware.

I ordered an indestructible PetsBoro Mighty Bear. It took 2 days for my Yorkie to tear it up. I paid a total of $39.98 to get this toy. I don't mind paying for something if it is worth it, but this toy is worth maybe $5.00.
