Very pleased with the cordless vacuum and their personal customer service!
I ordered a cordless vacuum from Hilio after reading a survey in a reputable Swedish magazine, where this model won hands down, even when compared to high quality brands like Dyson and Electrolux.
Delivery time was exceptionally fast and free of charge, even though it was home delivery. It was well wrapped and all parts in perfect order.
Very easy to assemble and even came with a spare filter. Charging is quick and easy since you can remove the battery.
It stands upright on its own so you do not have to use a wall mount.
It has really good suction power, also on carpets. It is easy to empty the dust container. The noise level is low, it rolls smoothly and is quite lightweight. And it was a great bonus that I could order it in violet since I keep it standing in a kitchen corner for everyone to see!
Their customer service is truly remarkable; fast and professional but also very personal indeed. I highly recommend Hilio!
