Ordered 2 Pair of shoes online from…

Ordered 2 Pair of shoes online from Canada website on 15 December as shows were on sale. Got an email next day that they shipped my order and estimated delivery dates was from 24 December 2024 to 30 December 2024. Didn't received my parcel. Called customer support on 2 January 2025 they said we gonna refund your money. I told them i don't want money i want my order, they said they can't do that and said only thing i can get is refund.
My discounts got wasted and got nothing. Never every gonna buy anything from Tommy again. Even my friend aren't gonna buy anything from tommy.

Bought a Christmas present in good time to Secure right size

Please note that they do not give extra return time when buying Christmas gifts. I bought a gift in good time to make sure I could get a size xs. Unfortunately, it did not fit and could not be exchanged. Hilfiger does not provide any extra service to solve the problem, so now I am left with a shirt for DKK 1000 that I cannot use. I have exceeded my return right by 5 days plus the holidays when everything is closed. My impression is that Hilfiger as completely indifferent to the customer's situation.

Shocking service

I ordered a Christmas present on 29/11 they sent me and update on 4/12 to say my parcel had been sent tracked 24 so left it a week and chased it up with numerous emails but just kept telling me they are looking into it … today they have said my parcel has now been lost and will get a refund 2 days before Christmas never will I use this company again!

Staff packing postal orders steals goods

Ordered underwear as a present for my daughter. Received a parcel, which did not contained 2 empty boxes of underwear! Told by customer service that it was paced properly. What my money back and feel it’ll be a pain to get it back. Never had a problem like this before with any shop. Clearly the staff which was packing the order took underwear’s out of the boxes and put empty boxes in the package.

Ridiculously short Hilfiger watch bracelet.

Just bought a 1782552 Ladies watch for my partners Christmas present. She unboxed it to see how much the bracelet would need to be adjusted. I can only assume that Hilfiger are having a laugh because it would not have fit a child and, of course, it can only be made smaller not bigger.

Otherwise the watch appeared to be excellent, which is why I bought it. This is my first contact with Hilfiger watches and I hope it is not typical, as I had been thinking about buying this brand myself.

Honestly! Why ruin the product for the sake of supplying a watch with a greater number of links, with the scope for a greater number of people and adjustment accordingly?

Absolutely rubbish delivery service and…

Absolutely rubbish delivery service and rubbish customer service.

Ordered on 2nd December. Website stated 4-5 days for delivery. It's 12th December now - yet no sign of my order!

Contacted customer service - someone called Sandra simply recited the FAQs from the website to me! If I just wanted the FAQs, I wouldn't have waited 20 mins to talk to customer service!

I am leaving for Christmas on 15th Dec and this was supposed to be a present for someone.

They have no warehouse in the UK, so all products are shipped from the Netherlands, and they have no control of when the products can get out of customs.

How can a premium brand be so rubbish?

Will never buy Tommy Hilfiger again.

Purchased a gift with a 4-5 days and after 12 days, nothing delivered or no expected dates...

Purchased a gift with a 4-5 days delivery. After 10 days, the company sent an email saying it's delayed. After the parcel got shipped, I got another message saying it'll take time to ship from Netherlands, it needs to clear customs and then ship to the UK and my address. I'm purchasing from a UK store, why do I have to care about Netherlands and customs?!

To make things worse, I spoke to their chat agent, who was only saying "you have to wait, because that's due to holidays period". During my conversation the agent was extremely rude and closed the chat without my consent. Worth also noting that my position in the queue took nearly 1h waiting, very disappointing to be waiting then someone close the chat.

Unfortunately reading the comments here I can see it's only my mistake, because 99% of the reviews are super negative.

Today placed order with a jacket

Today placed order with a jacket, and from today items was on sale, so it was nice discount, after 30 min receiving an email from tommyhilfinger that my items is out of stock, and that it was cancelled, but if you go online there's is still plenty of that item!!! contacted life chat and adviser :konstantin:confirmed that it was out of stock and apparently they have bug on their website, so when i said it is plenty there, he just said ridiculous excuse again, and ended the chat. Shame shame for this brnad

Absolute disgrace the jeans I ordered…

Absolute disgrace the jeans I ordered are marked up as 34 leg. When compared to other tommy jeans they are 2 inch shorter. Plus fabric is cheap tat. Got intouch with customer care who are wast of time. Shame on you tommy hillfigger you have lost a loyal customer of 29 years. You are nothing more than theafs who cheat customers shame again on you.

Would Rate ZERO STARS If I Could

Received a Tommy gift card and ordered an in stock item on 8.10.24 with a 4-5 day delivery.
Tracking supplied was Royal Mail 24, but it then became clear the parcel was coming from the Netherlands.
Royal Mail couldn’t deliver the item as Tommy had not detailed the address correctly.

Finally on 25.10.24 after many attempts with Tommy and RM to resolve matters RM returned to sender.

Tommy now saying they must wait for the returned item to be received and processed before issuing a refund that will take another 14 days to arrive.

Tommy finally issued refunds and now must wait for another 14 days.

Despite my insistence I would never shop with them again, the refund has gone back to the gift card.

Very frustrating 8th October to 8th November to go from order to refund with no goods ever being delivered.

By the way the gift card is also not accepted in stores so no way to avoid their terrible online service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM TOMMY

Placed an order on 23.10.2024 and the delivery times on the website says 4-5 working days. I received an email next day saying that there's a delay on their side and the shoes will be shipped on 28.10.2024. I needed the shoes for 31.10.2024 as I was going on holiday. I contacted Tommy via their live chat and was connected to an agent named Fabio.

He said they cannot do anything to speed up the delivery and that it will take 4-5 days from dispatch. I asked him to cancel the order and he said orders cannot be cancelled once placed. I have to wait until it's delivered and either decline the delivery or return it back to them.

What a waste of time, money, effort and the amount of carbon waste. This is a ridiculous company with no moral compass. Their customer service is pathetic and useless.

I bought a pair of Tommy Hilfiger…



I bought a pair of Tommy Hilfiger boots, and after just one month of regular use, they started falling apart. For the price I paid, this is completely unacceptable. The material started to tear with no reason—just normal daily wear.

These boots did not live up to the reputation or the cost. It’s really disappointing, especially considering how expensive they are. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be purchasing from this brand again.

I ordered a black leather jacket shocking service which…

I ordered a black leather jacket which cost a lot of money. Tommy Hilfiger sent me a blue/yellow tracksuit top. I had to go out my way to return item and then got told I would need to wait 8-10 working days for a refund. Absolutely disgusting service. How can they get away with this. I wouldn’t order anything again from their website. Totally disgusted.

Bad fabric used for Hilfiger jeans !

I bought many pairs of trousers and other stuff but had already my reservations about the fabric they use for their jeans. Stains will not come out after washing what ever you try .. not good for such an expensive brand. But today even a hole in my jeans ( no I didn't pay for this for me unwanted fashion.. being over 70 that's too old for that style) SO I AM VERY DISSATISFIED.
I am as well trying to get in touch with their customer care service to see how they take care of this..
