DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS ESTATE AGENT*** BE WARNED

I took Hilary's to the Property Ombudsman due to multiple failings including refusing to give back my deposit for a purchase of a house which turned out to be structurally deficient, she was not registered at the time with an ombudsman as required by law and also multiple failed to adhere to laws governing estate agent practices. She refused to return my funds even though i had a contract in writing with her.

I WON, they ruled in my favour on every single count and she was forced to return my deposit. Find a reputable estate agent who will not try and scam you

Hilary’s have recently sold our Property and I can’t speak highly enough of them. The price they charge is not to dissimilar to these online estate agents, the difference is with Hilary’s you get a professional service with a friendly face. As Hilary’s don’t charge you a fee until your property is sold, they are very proactive in finding you a buyer. I would always recommend Hilary’s to family and friends.
