Rahul from Hike POS has provided some of the best customer support I have ever experienced. During the rollout of our new HikePay card machine, we ran into an issue with the initial setup. As soon as I contacted Rahul, he responded quickly, guided me through every step with incredible patience and expertise, and had the machine fully up and running within minutes.
What really stands out is Rahul’s professionalism, knowledge, and genuine commitment to helping customers succeed. While occasional technical issues can happen with any system, having someone like Rahul there to resolve them so efficiently makes all the difference. His support has been outstanding from start to finish and he is a huge credit to Hike POS. Honestly, service like this is rare to find these days.

We implemented this POS as part of a business-first digitisation and POS-rollout. The POS is user-friendly, integrates with our accounting software, and we're excited about exploring its other features and integrations over time (it looks like it will scale with many of our business plans). It has been a good fit for our business. The support team have been very good to work with and we're hopeful there will be ongoing improvement in the product offering. It's great to be enabling our business by working with another Aussie business!!

I had a small glitch in HIKE to sort out, and l was very impressed with the speedy response from HIKE and especially Rahul. Rahul phoned straight away and was able to talk me through a solution straight away.
Rahul was happy to be contactable for any other issues, which is great as these days you have to go through so many answering services before you actually to speak to someone. Thanks Rahul!!

Good luck getting anything done when the system acts up. They are based in Australia. If you are in the United States don't waste your money with system. Everything has to be elevated to a higher level to fix which takes 24 to 48 hours. With ne regulatory rules for banking it will also delay your payments to keep your system active causing even more interruptions in your day to day operations. System says payment types taken are AMEX, Visa, MC and Discover when you try to update it but after finally getting support to look into the problem with paying for the service they tell me they only take Visa and MC. It is just one issue after another with this system. Do not purchase this unless you are in the same time zone as they are and actually in Australia.

We've been using Hike for our vape shops POS for going on around 5 years now - and, I can honestly say (coming from a long history and rich experience of IT systems in my past), that not only the product itself, but also the team are a true Gem of a find.
The solution itself, absolutely (virtually - perhaps 95% - nothing is 100%) perfect, and really delivers on our needs exceptionally well.
Big shout out and thanks to the support team, who've been there to handle and process my queries, concerns, teething issues over the years, and Deval recently, who's been a dependable, responsive, and helpful Hike account manager/tech go-to... ;)

Integration of hike pay was great Rahul was excellent, the problem is with hike pay. The money transfer didn't happen next morning, Rahul said next day but it's not in the morning it's about lunchtime, Friday's Taking's don't appear till Monday lunchtime, that is not next day weekend takings don't appear in my bank till Monday lunchtime this unworkable for us NAB has the money in our bank overnight

I did a lot of research on what cloud POS I wanted, I decided to go with Hike.
Rahul was extremely helpful answering all of my many questions and helped with importing my information, I felt so overwhelmed but he helped me through it. Can highly recommend, I will do another review once I have been using it for a little while but so far I'm very impressed.

I recently upgraded to the new terminal with Hike POS and had a really good experience throughout the process. The setup was smooth and the terminal works great with our system. It’s fast, easy to use, and integrates nicely with the rest of the POS, which makes day-to-day transactions much simpler.
A big thanks to Rahul who helped me through everything. He was responsive, patient, and made sure the whole process was straightforward. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly.
